Aside from being the final boss whom you must defeat to complete the main storyline of Cyberpunk 2077, Adam Smasher is many things. He is an evil mercenary who, after being blown to bits by an RPG round, accepted a deal from Arasaka to live on as a cyborg. In exchange for this, Adam Smasher became Araska’s Corpo Reaper filling the graveyards of their enemies. Having earned a reputation as one of Arasaka’s premier mercenaries, in Cyberpunk 2077, Adam Smasher serves as Arasaka’s Head of Security and the personal bodyguard of Yorinobu Arasaka. Additionally, he is the target of disdain for many fans of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, as he was responsible for dispatching the beloved anime heroes David Martinez and Rebecca.
Being the borged-out super mercenary that Adam Smasher is, he has an entire arsenal of weapons and mechanized suits of armor stored in an armory aboard his Night City Hideout. This guide will tell you everything you can find in Smasher’s secret stash along with its location.

How to get Access to Adam Smasher’s Secret hideout
Adam Smasher hides a lot of interesting stuff in his stash in Cyberpunk and it is almost a shame that you can only access it after beating the main story of the game. The secret Hideout in question is a moored container ship found at the docks in Watson named Ebunike. Among several other guns and blades there, you will find the main reason behind going through the trouble of accessing the secret hideout, the crafting spec for a devastating Iconic Smart Shotgun Ba Xing Chong.
Getting Adam Smasher’s Access Token for his Stash
After completing the meeting with Hanako Arasaka at the Embers Club in the main job “Nocturne Op55N1” and pondering your future with Johnny on the roof, you’ll have several choices on how you want your story to end. Except for the suicide and Phantom Liberty ending, i.e., calling Solomon Reed after giving Songbird to the NUSA, all other roads lead to defeating Adam Smasher and jacking into the Mikoshi access point in the lower levels of Arasaka Tower.
The boss fight with Adam Smasher is now quite an undertaking after he was buffed in the 2.1 update. In addition to rockets and guided rounds, Smasher now frequently uses the Sandevistan, making him a formidable enemy at higher difficulties. Once you defeat him though, you must loot his remains for his personal access token and its description will mention that it is “A key to a room on the Ebunike”.
Complete the rest of the mission and the game will end, giving you a choice to load the most recent save before the point of no return, or before you did “Nocturne Op55N1”. Selecting this option will take you back to Night City but with the access token now in your inventory among some other items.
Adam Smasher’s Secret Stash Location in Cyberpunk 2077
While in Night City, Adam Smasher operates out of his hideout aboard the Ebunike cargo ship can be found on a dry dock at the Ebunike Docks on Daniels Street in Northside, Watson. In the side job “Chippin’ In”, you would have accompanied Rogue Amendiares aboard the Ebunike looking for Adam Smasher. The mission will have you fighting or sneaking past some Maelstrom gangers after which you will board the Ebunike and take out Smasher’s right-hand man Jeremiah Grayson.
Once you do have the access token and have finished the game, return to Ebunike Docks. You’ll notice that the gate to the docks is locked, you’ll need to double-jump over some crates next to the gate using the reinforced tendons cyberware. Once you are in the docks, follow the same route to the deck of the Ebunike as you did in the “Chippin’ In” side job until you arrive at Smasher’s secret stash. You should now be able to access the stash.
Getting The “Ba Xing Chong” from Adam Smasher’s Stash
With the personal access token now in hand, return to Ebunike’s deck and open the door to Adam Smasher’s hideout. Once inside, you’ll find a katana, several shotguns, smart weapons, and most importantly, a crafting spec for the Ba Xing Chong smart shotgun. The crafting Spec is inside a crate on the ground with Arasaka label
In terms of specifications, the Ba Xing Chong outperforms its non-iconic counterpart, the Kang Tao L-69 Zhuo. Each of its two rounds separates into a burst of four self-guided explosive projectiles. The iconic modifiers on the Ba Xing Chong enable it to track six enemies simultaneously and inflict thermal damage within a 2.5 m blast radius of its projectiles. Moreover, it comes with four available mod slots, allowing you to enhance its lethality even more.
How to access Adam Smasher’s Stash earlier in Cyberpunk 2077
The only issue you might have with Ba Xing Chong is questioning yourself, “Why didn’t I acquire it sooner”? Fortunately, there’s a remedy for that. You can opt for the minimal number of main jobs to attain the Devil ending, wherein you accept Arasaka’s offer and assist Saburo in regaining control of the Arasaka Corporation. Once you secure Adam Smasher’s personal access token, simply finish the mission, reload the save before the mission, and proceed to engage in all the side jobs and gigs with the Ba Xing Chong in hand. Of course, once the novelty of destroying foes with your newfound doom toy wears off, you can always ride into the sunset with Panam or Judy.
